OVERVIEW Dartmouth College is seeking a Program Manager, Study Away to manage a portfolio of faculty directed programs and serve as the primary point of contact for student participants, faculty, and partner institutions. The position combines student services, operational logistics, and collaborative partnership management to support academically rigorous and enriching international programs. This role contributes to international education through coordination, communication, and program oversight across multiple stakeholders.

• Manage a portfolio of faculty directed programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and partner institutions throughout the program life cycle
• Coordinate faculty and external partners across cultural and institutional boundaries
• Oversee operational logistics related to study away and international exchange programs
• Support safe, enriching, and academically rigorous experiences for participants
• Conduct international travel for site visits and program oversight
• Collaborate with partner institutions and program stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in International Education, Higher Education Administration, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing study-away, international exchange, or similar student-service programs
• Experience coordinating across cultural and institutional boundaries
• Ability to support diverse student populations
