Warehouse Process Engineer
Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Warehouse Process Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing warehousing and operational processes in a Lean, just-in-time environment within a 100% Associate‑owned, global company.
Responsibilities- Develop and define process layouts covering safety, equipment, and material flow.
- Leverage Lean and Six Sigma practices to continuously identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing safety, quality, reducing costs, and increasing earnings.
- Collaborate across teams to support project management and manufacturing initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience improving processes and equipment in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Passion for delivering process improvements and strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Prior experience with Bill of Materials.
- Preferred:
Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience. - Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots integration.
- Experience facilitating Kaizens and using database management tools.
- Ability to write queries including Power BI.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, statistical analysis software, value stream mapping, FMEA, and structured problem solving.
- Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience.
- Integration of Autonomous Mobile Robots.
- Facilitating Kaizens.
- Database management tool experience.
- Power BI query development.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Lean manufacturing, statistical analysis software, value stream mapping, FMEA, structured problem solving.
Onsite – Hanover, NH. Travel up to 10% to other Hypertherm offices or trade shows.

$82,636.00–$ per year, base pay depending on experience, skills, and education.
