Seeking a motivated, energetic, organized professional with maintenance experience, for this full-time position. This position will assist the Atlantic Region team responsible for Dartmouth Crossing and Atlantic managed properties, in day-to-day operations and liaising with office/retail Tenants, contractors, and the public. Duties include overseeing office building systems, cleaning, security, preventative maintenance, property maintenance and repairs, heating and cooling controls, lighting replacements, OH&S, assisting in promotional events, and other duties as may be required.

Position requires a reliable, hardworking individual with effective communication skills, a valid NS driver’s license, and bondable to obtain government security clearance. This individual should possess excellent prioritizing skills, with an attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve, and enjoy a fast-paced environment; computer skills an asset. Property Management, HVAC, and/or electrical experience considered an asset. Hours of work varies 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, a competitive salary, medical benefits, and RRSP contribution plan is offered.
