Kendal at Hanover is seeking a General Maintenance/Landscaper team member to join our Facilities Team!

• Perform prescribed grounds maintenance tasks on a self-starting basis such as grass mowing, planting, installing signs, and other general maintenance repairs as required.
• Keep roadways and walkways free of ice and snow.
• Perform project assignments and renovations.
• Perform work requests to building interiors/exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
• Support the operational needs of the facility as needed.

You must have a valid driver's license in order to be considered for this position.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, as well as occasional on call responsibilities.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, dependent on experience (not including shift differentials).
