Salary Range: $19.00–$20.25 per hour (High School rate $16.00–$17.25 per hour)
ScheduleFlexible part‑time schedule, 7 days a week. Work 7 am – 2:30 am shifts, up to 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications- No previous experience required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry objects up to 30 lb.
- Previous dishwashing or food‑service experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness procedures and general sanitation regulations.
- Ability to learn the proper operation and maintenance of dish‑washing machines.
- Ability to perform routine cleaning work.
- Knowledge of safe use of various chemical cleaning substances preferred.
- Ability to work in a crowded, high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied shifts.
- Gather items from the servery and kitchen for disposal or washing.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and place them in racks.
- Set up, load, and operate the dish‑washing machine.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
- Distribute all utensils, china, silverware, and pots to appropriate areas after washing.
- Wash worktables, walls, and work areas.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- P"Pick up, segregate, and bag trash and garbage; remove all trash to designated areas." (coincides with original competing list item structure).
