This position is located on campus in Hanover, NH and is primarily an on-site position with 3-4 days per week expected on-site with the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week.

In partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer and Tuck Advancement leadership, the Associate Director of Advancement Initiatives serves as a senior execution partner and trusted advisor, supporting the implementation of Advancement strategy. The Associate Director plays a central role in prospect management and the deployment of the Dean, driving the planning, coordination, and follow-through required to advance relationships with Tuck's top prospects and to support cultivation events.

This role ensures the coordinated and effective execution of priorities across major giving, annual giving, alumni engagement, and campaign operations.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

* Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in advancement, higher education administration, or a related field.

* Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects, senior leaders, and/or frontline fundraisers in an academic or nonprofit environment.

* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfort with and frequent use of tools and platforms to streamline and enhance work (including but not limited to donor reporting, Microsoft Suite, and AI).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting high-level correspondence and briefing materials.

* Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.

* High degree of discretion, professionalism, and comfort working with confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with prospect management, donor engagement, and philanthropic best practices.
