Salary: up to $29 Shift: 1st Shift - 7am-7pm, 2nd shift - 7pm-7am Equipment: M2000 press Job Description Job Summary

The Web Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining web press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials that meet or exceed customer expectations. This role supports daily press operations, ensures product quality, and works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Operate assigned web press equipment to meet production and quality standards
• Support daily press operations and assist with team coordination as needed
• Review job specifications and prepare press for production runs
• Monitor print quality throughout production including trims, alignment, folds, ink density, color accuracy, and clarity
• Identify and correct quality issues in a timely manner to minimize waste and rework
• Perform routine and basic maintenance on press equipment; escalate issues when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and identify potential hazards or risks in the workplace
• Accurately document production data, job details, and performance metrics
• Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and customer service teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Minimum of 2+ years of web press experience in a manufacturing or print environment
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Strong understanding of the print process from prepress through production
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, safety rules, and operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on print and color quality
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, ink, and chemicals
• Required use of PPE at all times

$24 - $29 an hour
