Competitive Compensation:
- Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour
- Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20%

- Work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble our Heavy Industrial Power Supplies to meet internal and external customer demands.
- Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies.
- Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives using hyper forming practices to promote operational excellence.
- Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned.
- Use established quality specifications to assemble products in compliance with standards to ensure product integrity and meet customer expectations.
- Follow replenishment system standards and practices to maintain efficient material flow that promotes schedule attainment in a JIT environment.
- Identify and communicate any low inventory levels or discrepancies.
- Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems to maintain operational excellence.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
- Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
- Ability to independently troubleshoot errors or failures
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
- Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
- Control handheld power tools
- Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Location:

Hiring Immediately.
$14.91-$24.86 Hourly. This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
