Manufacturing Engineer
Location Hanover, New Hampshire Job Responsibilities
Creare is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Assistant to provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Engineers in managing hardware production activities and performing quality assurance activities.
Some SpecificJob Duties Include
- Generate and maintain process documentation in support of manufacturing engineers and technical personnel.
- Work with mechanical technicians, electrical technicians, machinists and support personnel to process work throughout Creare’s facilities.
- Work with outside vendors to quote, procure, order and track parts.
- Manage and organize controlled storage facilities.
- Pick parts and organize kits for upcoming fabrication tasks.
- Perform receiving inspections as needed.
The Manufacturing Engineering Assistant will need to be able to learn and understand all aspects of Creare’s fabrication workflow and management approaches, be a quick learner and user of Creare’s ERP system, and adhere to Creare’s Quality Assurance policies, notifying appropriate personnel to any and all quality concerns.
Professional RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have completed or pursued education (certificate program, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Engineering/Technology, or Manufacturing related field with outstanding academic achievement and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with MS Office suite and ERP systems/databases is required. Individual should be attentive to details, a good communicator (written and verbal), motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Starting salary range of $25 - $30 per hour is dependent upon years of relevant experience and education.
