, marketing is not background noise; it is the engine. We are looking for a Multimedia Marketing Strategist who can turn ideas into impact, content into conversions, and data into decisions.

As the Multimedia Marketing Strategist
, you will help to lead and shape the strategy behind our multimedia marketing across Steele Auto Group and our in‑house dealership accounts. Video, web, SEO, social, mobile, email, interactive content—if it tells a story and drives performance, it is in your lane. You will shape how customers experience our brand from first scroll to final signature.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Based throughout HRM, onsite

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year, plus performance‑based bonus

• Develop bold, integrated multimedia marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Lead corporate videography and visual storytelling initiatives
• Elevate website SEO across SAG brands and dealership accounts
• Oversee content creation across video, text, image, and audio
• Manage channel strategy across social, web, email, and mobile
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on real data
• Track KPIs including engagement, conversions, and audience growth
• Present insights and recommendations in a way that makes sense and moves action
• Train and support our marketing specialists through group sessions, one on one coaching, and Steele University via Axonify
• Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and digital shifts before they become mainstream

You are equal parts creative and analytical. You can storyboard a campaign in the morning and dissect performance metrics in the afternoon. You understand SEO, SEM, social strategy, and the customer journey. You are comfortable behind a camera, inside analytics dashboards, and at the front of a room leading training.

You manage multiple projects without losing momentum. You translate complex data into clear direction. You collaborate naturally with sales, operations, and leadership teams. You think long term growth, not just short‑term clicks.
