- Location: Hanover, NH
- Pay: $38 per hour
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Work Hours: Full-time (based on schedule)

- Provide direct nursing care to residents with developmental disabilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders
- Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain precise medical records and documentation
- Educate residents and their families on care plans and self-care methods
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, residential, or IDD settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
