Lead Management Coordinator – 15-month term

, every lead represents the start of a customer relationship. The Lead Management Coordinator plays a critical role in how those relationships begin, ensuring our lead processes are consistent, insightful, and effective across the organization.

This high visibility role serves as the operational backbone of lead performance, supporting dealerships through training, oversight, tracking, and reporting. Acting as a strategic partner, the Lead Management Coordinator will champion lead integrity, optimize the customer journey, and provide clear insights to help teams perform at their best. Blending technical expertise with a supportive, people first approach, this role helps ensure a seamless experience for both our customers and our dealerships.

Office based role, with travel within Atlantic Canada of 30%+

: ability to work flexible hours from time to time, based on business needs

: 15-month term position, with potential for permanent position

What You Will be Doing:

  • Own lead quality
    : ensure all leads are captured, correctly routed, and responded to quickly across CRM and DMS platforms, including PBS, CDK, social media, and other channels.
  • Be the go-to expert
    : support dealership teams and vendors with tools, processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Train and empower
    : deliver engaging training sessions and materials to keep teams sharp and aligned on lead management best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing
    : ensure campaigns are optimized, tracked, and driving meaningful results. Provide insights on lead quality and conversion.
  • Support CRM initiatives
    : help plan, implement, and improve our customer relationship management system for maximum impact.
  • Track, report, improve
    : monitor lead performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to boost efficiency and ROI.
  • Mystery shop for insights
    : assess lead handling across Sales and Fixed Operations, reporting opportunities to leadership.
  • Step in where needed
    : take on additional duties that help drive the success of Steele Auto Group.

  • Experience
    :
    You bring hands-on experience in customer service, administrative, or sales support roles, with CRM and DMS, specifically PBS, knowledge giving you a strong edge.
  • Skills
    :
    Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities; clear and confident communicator; analytical and comfortable turning data into actionable insights; fluent in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Attributes
    :
    Self-motivated and proactive; collaborative team player; laser-focused on accuracy and detail; driven to help teams succeed.
