As a Special Finance Manager, your role is about more than closing deals. It’s about opening doors. You’ll help customers understand their credit, take control of their budgets, and leave not just with a vehicle, but with real confidence in their financial journey. WhatYou Can Expect:
- A full-time Monday to Friday schedule, with a flex day from home
- Expert Coaching from Steele Auto Groups’ dedicated sales training workshops
- Commission with the potential to earn $100K+ a year, with a minimum income guarantee of 610.00 weekly for up to the first three months of employment
- A supportive, purpose-driven team that celebrates impact as much as outcomes
- Be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their credit situation and explore the best financing options for their needs
- Build meaningful relationships with lenders and financial partners to support flexible solutions
- Educate customers on programs, protections and next steps; not just for today, but for the road ahead
- Support the sales team by sharing financial knowledge that enhances the customer journey
- Handle documentation and deal processing with care, accuracy and compliance
- A natural people person with a strong belief in customer-first service
- Experience in commission sales or the automotive industry is an asset, especially in helping customers navigate challenging financial paths
- Confident telephone skills, with ability to build customer trust from the first call
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to explain things clearly and patiently
- Someone who sees the value in guiding people before selling to them
