Job Summary:
- Oversees, coordinates, and performs daily services at the designated contractual site and assists the supervisor in supervising employees' daily duties.
- Coordinates personnel at the designated site under the instruction of the supervisor.
- Supervises employees at a designated work site in the absence of the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a position involving comparable responsibility
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of classified information
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to handle strenuous physical activity, including infrequent heavy lifting
- Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont as applicable; safe driving record
- A criminal background check that meets Agency standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a custodial capacity
- Experience working with power scrubbers, waxes, and buffers
