Non CDL Delivery Driver

Overview

Maersk (Pilot) is hiring a Box Truck Driver with delivery experience to work at our Hanover, MD facility. This is a full-time position with varied start times depending on daily routes.

• Operate box truck for residential and commercial deliveries and performs loading/unloading.
• Assist with duties in the warehouse; some assembly may be required.
• Follow route schedules and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

• Non-CDL (with clean motor vehicle record).
• Valid DOT card.
• At least 1 full year of verifiable straight/box truck delivery experience within the last 5 years.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background requirements.
• Shift hours:
  Mon–Fri with start times around 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 7:00 pm depending on route; overtime may be required.

• Pay:
  From $25.00 per hour with OT as needed during peak season.
• Biweekly pay; year‑round work.
