Competitive Compensation:
Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS Reduced Medical premiums – starting on Day 1

Developmental opportunities and college tuition program assistance

As a Warehouse Specialist you will work on a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes; scanning labels, and counting the correct amount ordered. Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.

No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!

Qualifications:

18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Team mindset

Comfortable with technology;
The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders

Commitment to quality and productivity expectations

Physical Demands:

Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Stand and walk for periods of up to 8 hours

Requires ability to reach, twist, bend Manual dexterity and repetitive motion
