Elwood Staffing - 1146 West Elm Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts payable, including receiving, verifying, coding, and entering invoices, as well as preparing disbursements;
Oversee accounts receivable duties, including generating invoices, posting payments, applying cash receipts, and assisting with collection efforts;
Reconcile vendor statements, employee expenses, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner;
Perform accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions and maintain organized digital and physical records;
Provide comprehensive general office administration support, including but not limited to, managing incoming/outgoing mail, filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory
