Office Administrator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 27.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Manage and process accounts payable, including receiving, verifying, coding, and entering invoices, as well as preparing disbursements.
  • Oversee accounts receivable duties, including generating invoices, posting payments, applying cash receipts, and assisting with collection efforts.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, employee expenses, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions and maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Provide comprehensive general office administration support, including but not limited to, managing incoming/outgoing mail, filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with various office projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management. Support the overall smooth functioning of the office environment.

Office Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; prior experience with Quick Books is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
