Entry-Level Automotive Technician

Echelon Motorsports is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. Perform fluid flushes, oil changes, tire rotations and filter replacements.

Replace wear and tear components like brake pads, rotors, wiper blades and bulbs.

Conduct digital vehicle inspections to identify safety or maintenance needs.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly care for shop tools.

Assist senior technician with complex diagnostic and repair jobs as needed.

High school diploma, GED or graduate of an automotive vocational program.

Basic hands on experience or a strong mechanical aptitude is highly valued.

Possession of a basic set of hand tools is a plus.

Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record is required to move customer vehicles.

Strong desire to learn, reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols.
