The Role:

• Perform mechanical, physical, chemical, and metallographic testing
• Support heat treatment operations and materials investigations
• Assist with failure analysis and process improvement projects
• Support production, quality, engineering, and customer-focused projects

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related discipline
• Understanding of metallurgical principles, heat treatment, and material properties
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
