• Lead the full accounting function across a dynamic, multi-entity real estate portfolio
• Partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership on key business decisions
• Build, mentor, and elevate a strong accounting team
• Play a key role in acquisitions, refinancing, and ongoing portfolio expansion
• Drive efficiencies through process improvements, automation, and system upgrades

• Take ownership of lender relationships, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Make a measurable impact on scalability, accuracy, and operational performance

• Oversee corporate and property-level accounting across multiple entities
• Manage and optimize a high-volume month-end close
• Deliver accurate, timely financials and actionable insights to leadership
• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight, and liquidity strategy
• Serve as the primary liaison for lenders, auditors, and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Background in real estate accounting with multi-entity structures
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet tight close deadlines
