Accounts Payable Clerk; Seasonal

Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be an essential part of the finance department, supporting the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

This is a temporary position lasting about 2-3 months!

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: HANOVER, PA

Pay Range: $20 to $25 an hour

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Assist in processing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Review and verify invoice data for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed
• Maintain organized records of transactions and documentation
• Support the team in catching up on pending AP processing within tight deadlines

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
• Credential requirements: 100006, 100037
