Recruiting Coordinator

Lead recruiting initiatives, strengthen employee retention, and help build an exceptional workplace with a growing apparel company!

Direct hire position, $50,000.00 annually, first shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm).

The Recruiting Coordinator researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the company. This position partners closely with the production management team and hiring supervisors across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and supports the company's broader talent acquisition and workforce retention goals.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production and salaried positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract qualified talent.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, sourcing initiatives, and external talent pipelines to support hiring goals.
  • Analyze workforce retention metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and exit interview data, and provide recommendations to improve employee retention.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, including Employee of the Month, wellness initiatives, company events, and employee communications.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, EEO reporting requirements, Fair Labor Association standards, and accurate employment records.
  • Support HR initiatives by preparing reports, updating job descriptions, coordinating facility tours, and collaborating on recruiting and retention programs.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite; proficient using HRIS and applicant tracking software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior recruiting experience highly preferred
