** What will you be doing?*
* + Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking while troubleshooting complex system issues to maintain peak operational efficiency.

+ Administering user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Microsoft Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based environments.

+ Monitoring system performance, managing security patches and backups, and configuring networking equipment like VPNs, switches, and wireless access points.

** What do you bring?*

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.

+ Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals, with a solid focus on cybersecurity and endpoint management.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and training to end-users on new software and equipment.
