Technology Solutions Specialist

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Technology Solutions Specialist to support digital tools and systems that power strategic communications and public affairs campaigns. In this role, you will implement and maintain CRM, advocacy, and analytics platforms; integrate data sources; and troubleshoot day to day tech issues for client teams. You'll help design dashboards, manage email and campaign technologies, and support list segmentation and reporting.

Working closely with senior strategists, you'll translate campaign needs into practical tech solutions and ensure our technology stack is reliable, secure, and optimized for high impact advocacy work.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain CRM, advocacy, and campaign technology platforms.
• Support data integrations and ensure data quality across systems and lists.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign and engagement metrics.
• Troubleshoot technology issues and provide end-user support to client teams.
• Collaborate with strategists to translate campaign needs into technical requirements.
• Support email delivery, list management, and audience segmentation.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor system performance, access controls, and data security practices.
