- Senior Product Owner for Transform – covers Gen AI work for the tribe across our platforms. Will be a people manager a. Product Owner Experience b. Some domain experience (Credit cards, contact center) c. They will be covering Salesforce, Pega, IVR, Chat, Secure Message and Digital. So experience in one or more of these areas would be useful. d. Experience deploying Gen AI solutions (i.e. custom LLMs and AWS/SF/Pega out of the box solutions).
A Product Owner experienced in managing Generative AI projects in the Credit Card business leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative techniques to enhance customer experience, automate internal workflows, and optimize fraud detection. Equipped with financial technology, data science, and agile product management to deliver secure, ethical, and high-value AI solutions.
