Plan and maintain the daily and forward-looking schedule for outbound shipments and incoming deliveries;
Coordinate with shop leadership to confirm fabricated material is complete, released, properly identified, staged, and ready to load before shipment;
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery tickets, packing lists, load lists, destinations, appointments, quantities, piece marks, weights, and special jobsite requirements;
Receive steel, fabricated components, fasteners, consumables, equipment, and supplies, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips;
Enter receipt and shipment information into company systems and maintain accurate, organized records, including proof of delivery
