Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team in manufacturing. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the quality assurance team supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Hanover, PA
What's the Job?
- Participate in performing in-house calibrations on all tools used in the production area.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in problem-solving activities, as assigned.
- Conduct first article inspections.
- Assist in writing work instructions and inspection criteria.
What's Needed?
- Proven background in a quality manufacturing environment and understanding of ISO processes.
- Thorough knowledge of blueprints and understanding measuring devices and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to all duties.
