The Role:

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for precision machined components
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and inspection routines to improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues across the production floor
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior programmers

The Candidate:

• Strong CAD/CAM experience including Mastercam and/or Solid Works
• Knowledge of GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, and precision machining processes
• Experience working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, cast iron, or Inconel
