Entry Level Steel Fabricator

Conewago is seeking entry level steel fabricators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a future tradesman to learn how to become an experienced fabricator who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and working with a team that values safety and professionalism.

• Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform cutting, fitting, welding, and finishing of steel parts.
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

• Eagerness to become an asset to the team in structural steel fabrication.
• Willingness to learn, read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
