Our client is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate punch presses to cut, shape, and form sheet metal according to detailed drawings and specifications.

+ Utilize measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges to verify work accuracy.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances to ensure precise manufacturing.

+ Perform daily maintenance on machines and tooling to maintain optimal performance.

+ Program CNC punch presses and adjust settings like ram pressure and die clearance for different metal thicknesses.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating punch presses or related manufacturing machinery.

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools accurately.

+ Strong understanding of punch press operation and tooling applications.

+ Safety-conscious with a focus on quality standards.

+ Excellent decision-making skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
