* Manpower is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Hanover, PA to hire an experienced  
** CNC Programmer** . This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced machining technology while supporting the production of high-precision aerospace components.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined aerospace parts

+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications

+ Utilize CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and tooling paths

+ Troubleshoot CNC machining issues and recommend process improvements

+ Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

+ Train operators on CNC programs, machine setup, and best practices

+ Develop inspection documentation and maintain accurate records

** Qualifications*
* + Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong knowledge of CNC controls, machining processes, mills, lathes, and grinders

+

Experience with CAD/CAM systems and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

+ Must be a U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR regulations
