Operate the bakery processing equipment to produce product within QA guidelines and high quality standards;
Properly mix ingredients and monitor temperature/moisture, making adjustments as needed;
Operate and shut down equipment in processing/bakery area including changeovers and preventative maintenance;
Read batch sheets and follow recipes with accurate weighing of raw materials;
Maintain sanitation and 5S practices, document safety and product quality information
