Laser Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a Laser Operator to join their team. As a Laser Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate laser cutting and punch machines to perform precise cuts on various materials, primarily sheet metal.

+ Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

+ Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.

+ Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred.

+ Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

+ Familiarity with CNC machinery and its operations is required.

+ Experience in quality inspection processes to ensure product integrity.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
