Produce product by mixing raw materials and transporting dough to conveyor lines;
Perform visual inspection of product for out-of-spec indicators and physical characteristics;
Perform weight checks, monitor dough temperatures, and adjust cutter speeds;
Adjust mixer speeds and collect test samples; communicate with oven room supervisor to resolve issues;
Perform sanitation duties according to daily, shift, or shutdown schedule
