Greets all customers and provides prompt, courteous service and assistance to help resolve customer concerns promptly;
Maintains integrity of the CGO system throughout the store;
Creates daily pick lists for all departments and performs daily Out of Stock counts;
Investigates overstock items from previous deliveries to resolve miss-picks or forecasting issues;
Works with Regional CGO analyst to resolve out-of-stock issues and ensures reports are accurate
