Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Manage Door to Floor process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received properly and stocked timely;
Supervise associates operating within the assigned zone and assign daily tasks;
Ensure customer service standards and proper scheduling/staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise
