** What will you be doing?*
* + Developing and executing strategic sales plans to hit profitable targets while building long-lasting relationships with key aerospace and industrial clients.

+ Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline for rings and seals, which includes attending trade shows and presenting technical solutions to new and existing customers.

+ Leading and developing the sales team and monitoring industry trends to ensure the company remains a competitive leader in the market.

** What do you bring?*
* + Positive, can-do attitude

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a Sales Director or similar leadership role.

+ Technical proficiency in basic blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge, preferably within the aerospace industry.

+ U.S. Person status (required for ITAR/Export Control compliance) and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
