Position: MATERIALS EXPEDITOR
SHERIDAN
ORISKANY NY

Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM |
Full-Time | Competitive Pay starting at $17/hr + Overtime Opportunities |

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform warehouse tasks, including picking and movement of stock, and completing paperwork.

What you'll do:

Pull back issue stock as needed to complete orders from designated inventory locations
Receive new back issues into inventory for existing and new customers
Complete back issues reduction as requested by the customer
Assist in the receiving dock as needed
Complete paperwork as it pertains to back issues
Demonstrate a willingness to assist in other areas of the department when workload is light
Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPEs, Ergonomics, etc.
Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
Assist with housekeeping in the warehouse
Other duties as assigned.

What We're looking for:

High School Diploma or GED
Computer literacy
Mechanical inclination
Good reading comprehension
Forklift, clamp truck, and pallet jack certifications required or ability to be obtained
Valid driver’s license

Warehouse experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.
