Limited License Radiologic Technologists (LLRTs) are an important part of our clinical team—helping provide timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports orthopedic care and improves patient outcomes. In this role, you'll work with advanced imaging equipment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Whether capturing extremity X-rays for post-surgical follow-ups, urgent care visits, or routine exams, you'll contribute to meaningful patient care with every image you take.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
- Perform limited-scope X-ray exams (e.g., upper/lower extremities, chest, spine).
- Position and prepare patients for exams with a focus on comfort and safety.
- Capture and review clear, diagnostic-quality images.
- Follow all radiation safety guidelines (including ALARA practices).
- Maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms.
- Work collaboratively with clinical teammates to support patient flow.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding basic X-ray techniques for chest, extremities, and spine imaging.
- Ability to read and understand clinical documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Competence in adjusting machine settings and capturing clear radiographs.
- Ensuring images are clear and meet diagnostic standards.
Compensation Range for this position:
$24.23 - $36.35
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
