Hanson Family Dental, a local private practice, brand new facility, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our patient centered team.

This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a productive environment. We offer a friendly patient base, up-to-date equipment, a competitive hourly wage with a bonus structure, paid time off plus 11 paid holidays and a supportive team environment.

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records in Dentrix software.
• Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary, providing support with instruments and materials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Work effectively with patients, creating a comfortable environment for all ages during their visits.

• Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
