Location:

Hanson, MA 02341. Pay: $16.75 – $21.00 / hour (part‑time).

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Demonstrate communication skills, both written and verbal, to give and receive correct instructions.
• Process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to accurately perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to give correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
