Chief Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead our facility maintenance operations. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and functionality of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills, and proven experience managing maintenance teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

As a key member of our operations team, the Chief Engineer ensures all building systems operate efficiently, complies with safety standards, and meets brand expectations.

Compensation :

$25 - $27 hourly

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective completion.
• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support budget planning by providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and capital improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with evolving brand standards.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer‑focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, including team leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development, evaluations, and scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
