Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I to ensure food safety and quality in our production facility. You will report data for HACCP/Quality documents, verify CCPs and QCPs, and assist with GMP and SQF compliance.
This role involves calibration, sampling, data interpretation, and supporting production staff. You will help with calibrations, training on GMP/GHP, and make hold decisions to protect product integrity.
