Team | Position Corporate Services & Business Operations Team Administrative Assistant:
Full-Time, Entry-Level
  • Provide administrative support for overall office operations
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and organize documents
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist in organizing and classifying receipts related to corporate and accounting matters
  • Support Corporate Services Team in customer service, document filing, and administrative tasks
  • Provide general support for business operations
Qualifications
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, multifunction printers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organized documentation skills
  • Flexibility in handling various tasks and shifting schedules
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
  • Fluency in both English and Korean
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
  • Weekends and public holidays off
  • Salary and compensation to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on internal company policies

  • To be determined in consultation with the selected candidate
