Utility Lines Construction Services is seeking a motivated Payroll & Billing Specialist in Harahan, LA. The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and preparing invoices while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least 3-4 years of office experience are preferred.
