Responsibilities
Pre‑Camp: Assist with setting up camp management software, entering camper data, organizing reports, and supporting staff scheduling. Help establish office systems, supplies, and processes to ensure a smooth start to the season.
During Camp: Manage parent communication in coordination with the Camp Director, oversee social media updates, and keep all administrative records accurate and up to date. Monitor camper medications, document incident reports, distribute merchandise, and assist with staff schedules. Support the Director’s duties and occasionally run a camper group when needed to keep camp organized and efficient.
Post‑Camp: Finalize end‑of‑season reporting, organize records, reconcile accounts, and close out administrative systems. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes for the following season.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as the flexibility to step in wherever needed to support the camp’s overall success.
