Financial Advocate - Build Relationships. Drive Results
We are looking for an experienced Financial Advocate (branch banker). Starting pay is $21.00/hour plus incentives. Financial Advocates have the opportunity to grow within the organization and earn a sign‑on bonus of $1,000.00 after successfully completing 90 days with OnPath.

- Conduct consultative conversations with members to identify cross‑sell opportunities such as checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, refinances, debt consolidation loans, and refer mortgage and commercial loan needs to appropriate departments.
- Effectively communicate product and service information and meet or exceed referral and sales goals set by the branch.
- Understand and interpret credit reports to offer optimal solutions.
- Process loan documents efficiently.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as needed; support operations by performing administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about policies and procedures.
- Have up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Preferable experience in banking, retail, or direct sales environments.
- High school education or GED.
- Professional courtesy and tact; ability to engage customers and others with routine matters, providing and receiving information or instructions, updating or referring as needed.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, regulations, codes, and standards related to the area of responsibility. Proficiency with database software and the MS Office suite.

Working ConditionsMust be able to routinely perform work indoors in a climate‑controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
Mental RequirementsMust perform job functions independently or with limited supervision; effectively handle basic mathematics, spelling, and computer basics. Must deliver information clearly, handle diverse personalities, maintain high customer service, manage multiple priorities, exercise discretion on confidential matters, cope with deadlines and require extreme accuracy and quality, perform at a fast pace.
