Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care services.
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage for patients.
• Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and weekly reporting.
• Manage call logs and facilitate a smooth sales process for patient care sign-ups.
• Walk around the gym to actively engage and communicate with patients.
• Ensure every patient has a positive experience at every visit.
• Capture consent and photos for social media platforms.
