Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to effectively assist users with their IT needs.

Location:
On-site (Elmwood, LA). License/Certification:
Louisiana Driver’s License (Required).
- Windows desktop & server environments
- Office 365 administration
- Virus & malware protection tools
- Firewalls & routers
- Printers, scanners, and A/V equipment
- Strong face-to-face communication skills
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license
- Ability to travel to customer sites in Greater New Orleans
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, networks, and cloud environments
- Manage backups and disaster recovery systems
- Monitor and secure client systems with antivirus and firewall solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral devices
- Support audio/visual technology setups
Deliver professional customer service directly with clients
